I am a tribal member who has spent a lot of money there in the cpl months, so much I'm almost a pural card and went this evening to put my entries in for the drawing held tonight at '9:29' so I was there at 5:44 pm to enter all my entries I've earned this past week 50+ entries. Hope this information reaches the proper people and can be corrected for future travelers. HOWEVER, someone needs to made aware of their lack of professional service to their customers. We understand the maids see alot of ugly things and do not make a high salary. We are both capable of making a bed and cleaning up but do not expect to do it on vacation.We always leave a good tip for the maid but are having second thoughts about that approach. My wife and I are both seniors who enjoy traveling and a little pampering now and then. Told me no one else had problems that day on our floor. Girl at front desk did not seem interested in anything I had to say. I did not really expect results but insisted that they take peoples complaints seriously. Another call to the front desk, nothing they can do but bring us fresh towels and leave another note for the supervisor in housekeeping. The only thing that was done is the trash being removed and the shampoo replaced. First day was great, second day AGAIN dirty towels on the floor, blankets thrown up toward the pillows, and sheets hanging on the floor. Again a 3 day 2 night trip which took us 3 hours to drive to from our home. Was told they probably did not pick up towels because I had folded the used ones and laid them over the bathtub. Again a call to the front desk and was told all they could do was run up with clean towels and they would leave a note for the housekeeping dept.

We left the room and returned an hour later finding nothing had changed. The second day when we returned to our room around 6pm the beds were not made, used towels were not picked up, clean towels not replaced, When we contacted the front desk they said housekeeping closes at 5pm but offered to come to the room and correct the problem. Upon check in the room was clean and well stocked. A few months ago we stayed for 3 days and two nights. However, we have gotten TERRIBLE maid service on both of our trips. We have gone to NorthStar a few times because the casino games are fun even tho the slots are alittle tight.
